I Family first
In no way is clan/gaming time to be held above family or personal time. In the NGRU, there is no requirements for a member to be constantly active. Our member’s personal lives take precedence over online and gaming time.
II No Hacking
Since our creation in 1999, the NGRU has had a strong decided stance against hacking or cheating of any kind. We believe in an even playing field for all. Use of anything that achieves in-game effects and/or abilities that cannot be achieved using the tools that the game itself provides, causing the playing field to be un-even in any way… will not be tolerated. If any NGRU member is caught willingly taking part in this, their membership will be permanently revoked immediately.
III Respect of Others
Every member of the NGRU is expected to show the best quality, respect, and sportsmanship both ingame and out. When a member wears the tags “NGRU” they are representing the entire clan as a whole and are expected to conduct themselves with this in mind. The NGRU believes in honorable gameplay, and will not tolerate anything different.
IV Respect of Superiors
A.The NGRU Is Not a Democracy
We consider ourselves a family, and every member’s voice and opinion is highly valued. However, the NGRU is structured as a military entity, and is expected to function like one.
B. Chain of Command
Each NGRU Unit has its own command structure. Generally this is comprised of a Unit Commander, and their Command Staff. When a Clanner is promoted, they are normally promoted within a specific unit. Because of this, their roles and responsibilities lie within that unit alone, not others. When an ingame decision is needed, it is the responsibility of the highest ranked member within that unit. However, should a situation arise that effects the NGRU clan as a whole, it becomes the responsibility of the highest ranked officer available, regardless of unit affiliation.
V No Multi-Clanning
A. Multi-Clanning
Being member to, or associated with more than one clan at once, is NOT allowed, nor tolerated with members of the NGRU. Playing with people outside the NGRU is certainly acceptable. However, no NGRU Clanner may place membership with OR be considered an active/inactive member of any other past, established or future Clan.
B. Clan Tags
Wearing tags representing gaming clans other than the NGRU is not allowed.
