In an effort to wean out those with poor attitude, personality, and sportsmanship, the NGRU has always had an ‘invite only’ recruitment policy.  We encourage any interested people to visiting the About, History, and FAQ sections of our website.  Also, please review the NGRU Code of Conduct.  If you feel that the NGRU is something that you would like to be a part of, the next step is for us to get to know one another.

Here are some things that may  speed up the ‘getting to know you’ process:

•Stick around.  The more we come in contact with you, the quicker we get to know you.

•Try to include yourself as much as possible in discussions on our forums, Teamspeak, and of course gaming.  Don’t be shy.

•Be yourself.  Putting up a fake front helps no one, especially you.

•Make your interests known.

The best way to make your interests known is to fill out our RECRUITMENT APPLICATION.  This is simply a questioner to show your interest, and let us know a little more about you.

If we decide that you may be a good fit, we will offer you an invitation to start a 90 day orientation period that we refer to as “Probation”.  This period is the true ‘getting to know’ you phase for us to asses your compatibility with the NGRU, and also for you to asses us.  At the end of this period, your admittance to the clan will be at the discretion of our Recruitment Officers, and the NGRU High Command.
